Website Design?

Im starting out, not only trying to build my own website, but my website will be for myspace facebook and other social networking site layouts.

id like to know, how can i build layouts that look good in fire fox, on a mac and a regular pc?

i mean, my layout im making now, looks different in all 3, is there a tutorial?

on my mac its out of alignment, in fire fox its out of alignment and my text is blurry, and on my regular pc its good. lol.

how can i make a layout to fit all of them decently?

Website Design?
im guessing you have used frames or iframes in your designs. That is a big no no for web designing specially when it comes to compatibility. Use Adobe firworks and dreamweaver, and stick to center aligned web designs when you start up, then move on to CSS as you advance. Total training has a lot of video tutorials that you can order online. they are great.

Reply:Had you contained text as well as images within tables [not frames] you would achieve alignment when viewed by almost all browsers. As for use of CSS, it's not recommended since it's not recognizable on older browsers. Again, there are no version of CSS which is compatible with older browsers. Stick with a pure HTML coded website.

Good luck!
