How to put layout on facebook?

You can't. That's one of the beauties of Facebook. Facebook's main purpose is to connect people who want to get in contact and share pictures and information, not to "pimp out" profile pages. That's what Myspace is for. However, Facebook is now adding applications that you can add to your page so that people can listen to songs on your page and other things like that.

You can't do that on facebook. Only put layout on myspace.

If you're looking to spice up your page, click on applications on the left-side toolbar. It has tons of things you can add to your profile.
